Worktop
We have just finished putting the final
coat on this beautiful reclaimed worktop! Its incredibly hard wearing and smooth to the touch.
Recycling Revolution!
Would you like a coffee with your design?
Every quote we do comes with a CAD rendered design so you can see exactly how your kitchen will look in a photo-realistic image! This also allows for fast easy design changes; change of doors, different colours or different worktops.
Edale Skyline prizes

We’ve just donated a few of our recycled crumb-catching bread boards as prizes for the Edale Skyline Fell Race on Sunday. For those of you taking part, we hope that the prospect of taking one of these beauties home with you will prove a good incentive to run faster! Details of how to purchase your own will be advertised soon.
Designing in 3D
A recent development at SSK is the use of new computer design software. We work closely with clients to develop their ideas and then actualise prospective kitchens in three dimensions, like the one above. This service helps clients to visualise the reality of their ideas and so feel confident about the choices they make.
Another happy customer!
Called in to Hathersage this week to take some photos of one of our recently completed kitchens. Bespoke Shaker cabinets and cooker range, worktops made from recycled glass and solid oak, marmoleum flooring made from natural linseed. Everybody happy.

Clever Bread board from Worktop Offcuts
Here are some pictures of a recent project. We crafted this beautiful bread board from some solid cherry worktop offcuts, the grooves are designed to catch crumbs. Recycling offcuts to give them a new lease of life. Many thanks to Nina Petchey for the fantastic photography.
SSK show-cased in Now Then Blog
As you may have seen before, we like to support local not-for-profit mag Now Then by advertising with them. This month they have also chosen to do a ‘blog-spot’ on us. You can see that, and their other posts here.
